Michail Vakalis

Endodontology

I qualified as a dental technician in Athens, Greece, in 2004 (CDT) and later earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010. In 2011, I moved to Brighton, where I have since been committed to providing my patients with the highest quality dental treatment.

Passionate about my work, I have participated in numerous postgraduate courses to maintain my skills and knowledge to the highest standards. In 2017, I was awarded a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Surgical Microendodontics while apprenticing under the renowned Endodontist Dr. Elio Berruti.

Most recently, in 2023, I earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Endodontology from the University of Chester.

My interest in dentistry continues as I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Restorative Dentistry and Dental Materials.

In addition, I am an approved Mentor with Health Education England for Kent, Surrey, and Sussex. I share my extensive experience in dental treatment and supervise new dentists as they begin their careers within the National Health Service.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, photography, and cooking for friends.
