They always take the time to ask me how my family are and take great care to ensure that each appointment is as easy and stress free as possible.
On one occasion I had great pain after a particularly difficult root canal treatment with the wonderful endodontist Apos, and Mr Brown took the trouble to drive to my house after work to give me a higher dosage of pain killer. Mrs Brown phoned me and everything was done to make sure that I did not suffer.
